SHOE :- Black Leather Shoe. Military Green but on Saturday white keds and white socks.

(FOR CLASSES NURSERY, K.G. 1, 11, 111, IV, V)

DRESS:- Military Green half pant, and checked half sleeve shirt, but on Saturday white half pant, and white half sleeve shirt.

DRESS :- Military Green skirt and checked blouse, but on Saturday white skirt and blouse.(FOR CLASS XI & XII GIRLS :- White salwar, M.G Kameeza And White Dupatta

SHOE:- Black Leather shoes, and M.G. socks, but on Saturday white kets and white socks.

RIBBON – Green ribbon, but on Saturday white ribbons.

Rules and Regulation

INSTRUCTIONS TO THE STUDENTS:-

1. Students must come to school in time before the prayer/ assembly bell

2. Boy must have a trim haircut; girls must have two plaits with prescribed ribbons.

3. Student’s details i.e. name, class, section, roll no. etc. must be written in the belongings.

4. Students must not wear any costly jewellery etc.

5. Students must take care of their belongings. The school authorities will not be responsible for any loss or damage of the students

6. Students must not damage any school properties like, furniture, laboratory equipment, library books or properties present in the class rooms. In case of damage, students have to pay double the cost of the property damaged as penalty

7. Students must keep the school premises neat and clean.

8. Students must not misbehave with any other student or any member of the staff.

9. Students must not disfigure their body by tattoos, stickers, colours etc. unless it is culturally mandatory.

10. Students must not disfigure the school properties i.e. black board, furniture, walls etc.

11. Students must not use vulgar languages.

12. Students stand up according to height shorter ones in the front and taller ones at the back in the assembly class. 13. Students must communicate with the teacher and students in the decent language.

14. Students must not leave the school premises without prior permission of teachers/school authorities during school hour.

15. Students must bring home made food for their breakfast.

16. Students can go for toilet or to drink water only during break time or only after permission from the teacher

17. Students can only meet their parent or go with parents only after permission from the principal vice-principal or teacher.

18. Students must deposit tuition fees in stipulated time,

19. Students must do and submit their class work/home work regularly and punctually

20. Students must not throw playing items into the class rooms. 21. Students must take their breakfast in their respective class with their class teacher and keep their desks neat and clean.

22. Students must participate in all scholastic and co-scholastic activities conducted in the school.

23. Students must not bring or use electronic gadgets, blade, weapon and such harmful and dangerous items in the school.

24. Instructions circulated time to time by the office are mandatory to be followed.

25. School uniform is compulsory and pupil shall come to school wearing the prescribed uniform. They shall come clean and tidy and with a trim hair.

26. Pupils should have prescribed text books and note books. The name class, section and roll umber of the pupil should be written neatly on all their belonging.

27. Pupils must bring the school Diary to the school every day and not down home assignments and important instructions given by the teacher Parents should make use of the School Diary for communication with the school.

28. Pupils must be punctual they should come to school five minutes before the school starts. Those who come late must bring the late attendance record signed by their parents.

29. No pupil shall absent himself / herself without leave previously obtained except in case of unforeseen circumstances in such circumstances application for leave must be submitted the following day.

30. When long leave during test and examinations becomes necessary due to unavoidable circumstances permission from the Principal has to be sought and obtained in advance.

31. Pupils are expected to keep the school premises clean, it is forbidden to write or scribble on the walls throw paper or ink about the class room or in any way demage the school properties. Any such act will entail punishment and recovery or cost.

32. Pupils are themselves responsible for their books, fountain nene cycles, tiffin carrier, umbrellas or any other article they bring to the school or wear

33. Cycles must be parked in an orderly way and kept locked pupils hot ride shall around cycles in the school premises of park them at the entrance of the school.

34. Pupils are strictly forbidden to introduce any sort of objectionable literature in to the school or sell or purchase any article/food among themselves or from unauthorised dealers at or near the school.

35. Pupils should not give school address for correspondence. Correspondence address to school address is subject to inspection.

36. Pupils suffering from infectious/contagious diseases will not be allowed to attend the school only on producing a fitness certificate from a Medial Officer, they will be allowed school,

37. Pupils are not allowed to meet the parents of visitors or leave school premises during the school hours without the permission of the Principal/ Vice-Principal head institution

38. Without the approval of the of the no students will

(a) Collect money from student/staff (b) circulate information among students / staff (c) hold meeting or parties

(d) Use school premises after the school/hours or on holidays

(e) Canvass for book seller / trader.

39. Students are forbidden to correspond with outside organisations on matter pertaining to our school.

40. Regular attendance, alertness in mind anybody, promptly doing home work, obedience’s and respect towards teacher and other members of staff, gently and polite behaviour are expected of every pupil. They are responsible to school authorities for their conduct both inside and outside the school. Unit Test will be conducted for the Subjects like. English, Hindi, Oriya, Maths. Science. S.Sc.

Grades will be given after Term Exam, for the Subjects like. Computer, Drawing, life SKS Education, Environmental Science etc.
